Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative & Operational Management:

  • • Supervise daily society operations, including housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance.
  • • Maintain and update society records, registers, and correspondence.
  • • Ensure compliance with Co-Operative Housing Society laws, rules, and bye-laws.
  • • Oversee repair and maintenance of common areas, equipment, and amenities.

• Financial & Billing Management:

  • • Prepare and issue maintenance bills, track payments, and manage defaulters list.
  • • Handle petty cash and prepare monthly expense statements.
  • • Coordinate with the auditor for annual audits and statutory filings.

• Vendor & Staff Management:

  • • Manage staff attendance, performance, and payroll coordination.
  • • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely work completion.
  • • Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.

• Member Communication & Grievance Handling:

  • • Act as the first point of contact for society members regarding complaints, suggestions, and service requests.
  • • Organize society meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • • Communicate circulars, notices, and updates effectively to all members.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  • • Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely submission of required reports to authorities.
  • • Stay updated with government guidelines and cooperative department rules.

Salary:
